As a Recruitment Assistant at Alexander Mann Solutions, you’ll be an important part of an expanding global team, recruiting fresh talent for some of the world’s most exciting brands across a wide variety of industries. By working closely with teams across both our business as well as our clients’, you’ll maintain a proactive and cost-effective approach to finding outstanding candidates that perfectly suit the needs of our clients. It’s a challenging yet rewarding role that offers you global business exposure in a team-oriented, supportive, and professional corporate culture.

Where will you fit in as a Recruitment Assistant?
- Develop an awareness of the client’s business and the recruitment needs
- Proactively source candidates utilising different methods (e.g. market mapping, job boards, social networking sites) in order to establish talent pools - Develop an understanding of how sourcing strategies are developed for each role recruited
- Screen candidates CVs against position criteria
- Interview candidates on the phone where required to determine suitability and obtain required information
- Manage incoming interview scheduling, re-scheduling and cancellation requests (face to face interview, video conference, telephone interview, assessment centres).
- Manage various administration activities.
- It would include uploading jobs on the system, capturing candidates` applications, placing vacancies on job board and other ad-hoc admin tasks Update the recruitment system so that it accurately reflects the status of all selection activity

Desired Skills & Experience Inspired?
From a Recruitment Assistant we would expect:
- Fluency in English and German, both written and spoken
- Excellent communication skills, good phone manner and ability to build credible relations over the phone
- Previous experience of working within a multinational recruitment or professional services environment would be an advantage.
