Together Italy apre le iscrizioni allo scambio culturale "Heal the world"
organizzato dalla YMCA PARTHENOPE, che si terrà in Polonia dal
18 al 27 Settembre.

Tema del progetto e metodi di lavoro: During 10 days of
Youth Exchange 50 young people from 5 countries (Poland, Italy, Germany,
Lithuania and
Slovakia) will have chance to spend unique time in YMCA international camp
Pilica in Kurnedz, near Sulejow (lodzkie), Poland.
The main aim of the project “Heal the world – make it a better place” is to
dicsover situation in the field of human children rights and to challenge young
people from different nations to take initiative in active participation in
building up civil society. By the project we want to underline the “Uniqueness”
of children and young people and their individual role in society as well, raise
the “Awareness” about social issues and social forces which they are facing in
their surrounding. We want to lead them into attitude of personal
“Responsibility” and together we want to find out ideas and skill how to make
our society better place by “Youth initiatives”. By all implemented activities
and methods we want to strengthen and focus to the practical outcomes of the
topic. Among special activities are planned: meeting with significant persons
from Poland who have had positive influence in changing society, we will also
visit areas where marginalized people live and also – to see how the local
society can make “their world” a better place for children and youth – by
concrete examples of youth initiatives and NGO work. As one of the leading
working method will be used “good examples from history” and “recent good
praxis”. In the same time the participants will be lead through workshops, study
visits, reflections and group work into “learning by doing”. The project will
enable young people to make a change in personal life and in the wider community
as well.
Lingua del lavoro: Inglese (non è necessaria una conoscenza
perfetta della lingua per partecipare).
Costi:
Vitto e alloggio sono completamente coperti dall'associazione ospitante. Il
viaggio è rimborsato al 70% dal Programma Gioventù in Azione dell'Unione
Europea.
