Amanti degli scambi, ecco un training di 10 giorni per tutti gli interessati al mondo del volontariato e ad acquisire competenze in particolare nel campo del Servizio Volontario Europeo L'associazione Scambieuropei in collaborazione con l'organizzazione Tinerilor cu Initiativa è lieta di proporre un training course per 2 partecipanti per nazione per un totale di 22 ragazzi Dove: Romania Quando : 2 Novembr - 13 Novembre Titolo progetto: EVS Challenge Descrizione progetto: The project "EVS Challenge" is a training course applied by   rganizatia Tinerilor cu Initiativa on the action 4.3 of the Youth in Action Program. The training course involves a total of 11 promoters and 22 participants plus experts. The main objective of the project is to train during the 10 days of the course, the participants to be able to act as EVS project coordinators in their sending organization. The main theme of the project is the development of the involved promoters by creating proper human recourse inside their teams and by this raising the quality of their work in the EVS field. The training course will take place in Romania for 10 days excluding travel days. The methods used by the trainers during the course are non-formal and will help the participant to gain the knowledge, competencies and abilities necessary for coordinating EVS projects in the future. Partecipanti: - Each partner has to send to the training course 2 participants, which will have to take part at the whole training course. - The participants need to have a strong motivation – to participate to the training as well as to be involved in the sending organizations team after this course Accomodation: - Participants will be hosted in rooms of 2-3 persons with access to bathroom. . Programma: There will be 10 days of training course – each day there will be 4 sessions of training divided by coffee or a lunch break.During the training course we will organize intercultural activities – so please do not forget to bring specific snacks, music, brochures and presentations of your home country Informazioni per il viaggio: Please buy your tickets to Bucharest Otopeni airport for both ways. From the airport you will have to take the train/bus which takes you to the GARA DE NORD which is the main train station of Bucharest, from there please take the first train to SINAIA. We will pick you up in Sinaia train station. If you travel by car, please provide us with the gas bill for your travel and we are able to reimburse 7,5 l of gas for 100km. Highway tickets are not reimbursable. - If you fly – please provide us your plane ticket, an invoice for the whole cost of the ticket, a proof of payment which shows you or your association paid for the ticket and all the boarding passes for all your flights. Condizioni economiche: - Vitto e alloggiosono coperti al 100% dall’associazione. - I trasporti acquistati dai partecipanti verranno rimborsati a fine progetto al 70% - Quota di partecipazione allo scambio 70 Euro (30 per chi è già tesserato). E' possibile arrivare e ripartire fino a 2 giorni prima e dopo il progetto per visitare la nazione. In tal caso dovrete pensare voi ai costi di vitto e alloggio, ma i biglietti del volo verranno comunque rimborsati. IMPORTANTE Il rimborso dei biglietti avverrà a seguito della presentazione dei giustificativi di viaggio. Ragazzi è assolutamente importante che conserviate tutti i giustificativi di viaggio e le boarding pass dei voli aerei cosi come i biglietti dei treni o bus perché devono essere consegnati all’associazione non appena arrivati. Allo stesso modo, al vostro ritorno in Italia, ognuno di voi dovrà prima scansionare i giustificativi di viaggio e inviarli all’indirizzo che i responsabili vi indicheranno.
