La Market Intelligence International sta cercando un addetto customer service che parli inglese e italiano, principalmente per assistenza e traduzione dei feedback dei clienti in inglese.

ITALIAN SPEAKING CUSTOMER SERVICE Job Description Tasks:
- Contacting customers to obtain their feedback regarding various aspects of the client's business and the level of services that the client provides to these customers.
- Record the collected data on the computer
- Where applicable translate the feedback into English.
- Report to the Project Manager on the progress of the work and regarding any problems with the deadlines in order to ensure that the work is completed correctly and within a deadline date. Please note that the full training will be given in relation to the work required.
Skills The candidate must have:
- a PC or a notebook at home with Windows Vista or Higher, internet/broadband and a ] BT telephone line (essential to work from home) ] a good attention to detail
- a professional approach
- customer service experience
- an excellent telephone manner
- good knowledge of Microsoft Applications and the Internet (beneficial)
The candidate must be:
- Fluent in the required language
- able to translate customer’s feedback into English
- able to multitask ] results and target orientated
- self- motivated
Location: Home or office based in Greater London Work Pattern: usually Monday - Friday between 8am and 5pm
Pay: £6.50 - £8.00 per hour
Duration: Permanent only.
